Frontend dev configuration and scaffolding

Frontend tools focus on the configuration layer most projects share: viewport meta tag generators tuned to current iOS/Android quirks, manifest.json scaffolding for PWAs, robots.txt generators that pair sensibly with the sitemap, .htaccess and nginx-config helpers for SPAs that need clean URLs, og-image preview testers. The bias is toward "give me a working file I can drop in", not "explain every option in detail" — though each generator surfaces the relevant docs when you click through. Useful when you're bootstrapping a new project and want the boring scaffolding done in five minutes instead of fifty.
